295 Pages. This absolute classic recounting some of the Gordon Clan of Scotland's history's exterior has worn areas at the top and bottom, and along the verticle sides of the spine and it seems to have repaired tears on the spine. The four corners have worn areas on them and the bottom and top book edges have wearing on them. Lastly, the front cover has two small worn spots, a lightly stained upper left corner area, and both the front and back covers have areas of wearing on them. The gold lettering on the front cover is still in good shape though the gold lettering on the spine has faded some and the gilt top page edge of the closed book is still preserved. The interior book has a blank bookplate inside the front cover, the second page has mold stains on it, and inside the back cover are the remains of a sticker of some sort. Outside of these, however, the book has no other visible extraneous markings, has good well-preserved printing and photographed illustrations, and the bindings are still sound…

The book is in a generally poor condition. The exterior spine is missing more than half of its covering, the front board has mostly detached from the book (but the rear board is still tightly attached), all edges have worn areas on them and all four corners are worn and the front and rear boards have worn areas on them but the embossed areas are still visible and in moderate shape. The interior book has stains and/or tears on the first pages, the paper is tanned a bit and there are a few stained spots in the rest of the interior book but the printing is still in a good and preserved condition. The book's binding is mostly tight, excepting for the front pages and board. If you order this classic old 1849…
