Los Angeles: Review Productions / ABC Television, 1954. Original mimeograph 40 page shooting script for an episode ‘Girl on a Drum’ for the television series The Pepsi-Cola Playhouse, starring Lita Baron. This is Lita Brown’s working copy with her annotations throughout. The episode aired on May 7, 1954 and co-starred Anita Colby and Edward Colmans. Laid in is an 8” x 10” black & white publicity photographic portrait of Ms. Brown. Specially bound in gilt-stamped white leather with “Lita Brown” gilt-stamped at the lower right corner of the front board. A lightly dust-soiled copy with some edge wear and a bit of scuffing to the spine. Lita Baron (1923 - 2015) is best known for her roles in Don Ricardo Returns (1946), High School Hero (1946), Bomba on Panther Island (1949), and Red Sundown (1956) with Rory Calhoun and Martha Hyer.

Charlie Sheen has signed the script in the upper right hand corner of the title page underneath which he has written his character’s name “David Ackerman”. At the end of the script on a blank page, Sheen has written a long full page strange poem dealing with the driver taking him to the film set. Affixed to the front flyleaf are two original on set color polaroid photographs. The memoirs of the film actor who was originally cast as the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz but was replaced when the aluminum makeup during shooting made him ill. The book has some terrific photos of him in the role.
