Illustrated title page featuring the biblical figures of Aaron and Samuel. This title page is reproduced before Psalms section. Separate title page for the Early Prophets. "Bet Aharon" is a concordance of biblical passages used in rabbinic literature. It makes use of earlier works such as Aaron of Pesaro's "Toldot Aharon," Simon b. Isaac ha-Levi's "Masoret ha-Mikra" and Jacob Sasportas' "Toldot Ya'akov." An expanded edition was published in Vilna in 1881. Text is printed in four columns in Rashi script.
