A collection of 41 fairy tales from Grimm and Andersen, as well as traditional fairy tales from Greece, Norway, Roumania, Ireland, India, Turkey, China, and some other countries. Johnson notes in his introduction that he has edited the stories to remove "savagery, distressing details and excessive pathos", and removed references to cruel fathers and wicked stepmothers. ; Ex-Library; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .

We are members of the Independent Online Booksellers Association (IOBA). Our specialties include books about history, science, cooking, children's books, and the arts.
