Good binding and cover. 20 cm. 60 pages. Title page browned, otherwise the pamphlet is in good condition. Seligman Library of Economics book plate on front paste-down. Stamp on title, verso. Notes: Answered by Sir Richard Cox's: "The proceedings of the Honourable House of Commons of Ireland, in rejecting the altered money-bill." Robin's authorship is attributed by Mansell. "This controversy, which was strictly a constitutional one, produced a large number of pamphlets." - Wagner 246.
