About the author

Susan Polgar is the eldest of the celebrated Polgar sisters, a 4-time Women's World Champion and a triple Olympic Champion. She created chess history and broke the gender barrier by becoming the first ever woman to earn the highest possible title of Grandmaster. She resides in the US. Paul Truong is a former chess prodigy and was champion of Vietnam before fleeing his country and eventually reaching America. After many years as a successful businessman, his passion has turned to popularizing chess and helping children to progress in the game. He resides in the US.
